Where should we stay?

Where yo stay is completely up to you! We are able to offer guests a 30% discount to lodging at the resort which includes several buildings and unit options. Units range from studios all the way up to three bedroom condos. Most wedding events will take place at the resort base so staying at the resort will ensure you are within walking distance to events.
If you prefer to stay in an AirBNB, there are plenty of options! Most are closer to downtown Winter Park and are within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

If you are coming from out of state, the best airport to fly into is Denver International Airport. The airport is about a 2 hour drive to Winter Park.
Rental cars are readily available at the airport if you would prefer to drive yourself and have a car for the weekend. If you plan to make any day trips while in the mountains, we would highly recommend renting a car.
Shuttle services can also be scheduled ahead of time.
Once in Winter Park, The Lift bus service is free and can get you most places throughout the valley.

Are children invited?

Children will be listed under your name through the RSVP process. Children are welcome to attend events but feel free to make it a parents weekend away!
Attire information can be found on the schedule pages for each day. Links to Pinterest boards are also provided there to help give you some inspiration and guidance.
Please keep in mind walking needs and choose footwear accordingly. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly!
